Meréndon

Meréndon is an enormous yellow star that the gas giant series is in shared binary orbit with. The Merén (a moon) does not orbit Meréndon but the gas giant series. There are no other system objects other than the asteroid belts and the moons of Series.

Meréndon is an imprtant star providing the energy needs of one of the feral human inhabited systems, so it is not interfered with. Meréndon is huge about 2 times larger than sol. Merén is 0.004 AU from series and series is 1.9 AU from Meréndon.

Meréndon probably caught series billions of years ago and together their gravities seem to have demolished all system objects except those captured by series.
