The technological ages of the inhabited planets are covertly manged by the jéem

1. primitive - hunter gatherer, tiny mobile settlements, low use of tools
2. stone - extreme low density farming, shaped stonework, small towns
3. metal - mining, smelting of primitive alloys, small cities appear, feudal
4. factory - imperial aspirations, mass production, mechanisation
5. global - informational, one world, fission, basic fusion, DNA readable
6. depandant - extra planetary outreach possible but non-subsistant
7. solar - self sustained extra planetary lifecycle (and replication)
8. pan star - inter stellar travel - depaction on a galactic scale
9. gravitation - gravitonics, beginning to bend spacetime
10. universal - location become discentric, but distance crippled
11. unified - unified theory, genuine AI (Jeém)
12. genomic - pan galactic reach, chained DNA becomes writable
13. seed - world makers eco system creation and carbonisation
14. implosion - DNA expounded. immortaility phage. inevitable final war and destruction

Intervention always must occur between global age and the dependant age. solar age development is highly undesireable because of the power base of the world.
