Pattern State Law is the single most benificent field of study ever discovered. It governs all macro system behaviour. It is the purest of all sciences and ultimately governs the function of the universe to such a degree that even gravity, time and space are beholden to it. However unlike any other type of obersvational science, independant intelligence of any function allows it to be modified.
The actual computation of Pattern sate law is not understandable to humans and arcs within it are discerned through Jéem - although higher humans could see and illúme certainly do see it's acuracy and validity they cannot be allowed to know the mechanisms or they would effect the results.
Co-incidentally it is the three dichotomies of the Pattern Law that eventually caused the logical proof and absolute certainty of God that now exists among the illúme.
As said earlier one of the effects of pattern state law is that human awareness of it's arcs will always interfere with the results and reliability, so the compuations are always done in secret by the Jéem, who are able to logically implelement the desired outcomes without entering into relativistic debates or emotional indescision. For this reason the Illúme are willing blind servants of the Jéem, and deliberately so. All orders from Jéem are carried out by the Illúme without exception even to the request for immediate self termination, or feral planet anhiliation, events which have happened in the past.
