======Humans ======
Humans are the only known sentient biological intelligences. They originate from the Milky Way Galaxy and have dominated it totally, even traversing the [[inhabited galaxies|neighbouring galaxies]] too. 

Humans were obssessed with finding life, yet found no hint of anywhere else in the universe. They are extremely tennacious and, at the right [[Technological age|technology level]], able to inhabit and [[Higher human|manipulate the dimensions of space time]].

Their limitless potential is sadly framed by the fact their behaviour as a species operates within in a tiny [[pattern state law|arc of obsolesence]]. Patterns of expansion then strife are cyclical and exist super imposed in and upon themselves over and over and over: simply put all civilisations and technologies humans make eventually [[Great collapse|cease]].


====== The Kinds of Humans ======

Humans exist in three forms: 

1) the indigenous humans (i.e. the varied [[feral humans]] living as post [[Great collapse|collapse]] remnants - a few dozen worlds spread across 4 galaxies) 

2) the [[illúme]] who inhabit duty stations on those worlds and also live aboard the [[Monastery|seven remaining deep space space anchors]]

3) The almost extinct [[higher human|higher humans]], all but died out during the [[Great collapse|collapse]] they exist as the 8th monastery and are exceedingly rare. approximate population: 3,000.
